At Max Sport, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Log into your Max Sport account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Gear

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
